Breakfast: Wordless Chicken Tuesday – Chicken Feet

Have you tried licking chicken feet? I mean really licking it good? Chicken feet has toes much like human toes, I mean each toe was joint by 3 digits. Did you ever taste it in your mouth and slowly licking and sucking digit by digit and one toe to another until it licky clean?

RT @JesseTheCat: @netsterz chicken feet noodle??? oh my gosh, that must be yucky, surely?Or is it yummy? :)

JesseTheCat feeling gross already!

You have got to trust me on this one, really delicious to lick and suck!

Chicken Feet

The way they do this one is unique. First they sun bath the chicken feet, like what you normally do on the beach except for this chicken feet you have to make sure it is dry enough to be fry. Than, you deep-fried these feet – careful not to let it over cooked.

Prepare dark soya source, onion and any ingredient you like to make your soya sauce soup smell good! Once your soya sauce is at boiling point, throw in your fry chicken feet and let it dance with the soya sauce soup for few minutes. DO NOT let your chicken feet over dance in the soup, you want to make sure the chicken feet’s skin remain intake and soften.

Wa la! You have great chicken feet soup and a great taste of chicken feet.

All you now is a bowl of handmade noodle!

Handmade Noodle

What do you think? Yummy? Or you still can’t get the dirty chicken feet out of your head? LOL

Happy Wordless Chicken Tuesday!

Never heard of a “China Town” around here … I live semi-close to Minneapolis Minnesota. I do know there is one in New York, but I am never there!

Maybe I can research the net and find something — it would make a very interesting post :-)

Woot!!! Sun bath the chicken feet? Netsterz, that yucky chicken feet may be very delicious,sure.lol..but now that you have described the way it is sucked and licked, there is just no way in hell I could sit down and try it! I would spend the whole time thinking of your words here, lol…and that would put me off my food very fast. I must say it looks great in the picture…I could perhaps just drink the soup.…and leave all the sucking and savouring of chicken feet to you!!! Or I can eat the noodles and YOU can enjoy the pleasure of nibbling on chicken feet, ughhhhhhh :)

Bro, chicken feet are yummy, if the bones are removed. I loved those in Taiwan you can buy on the street and eat like snack. Goes well with beer. One day I wanna try the one in Kuching :)
